Shipping & Returns Policy
**Please note due to COVID-19 protocols, shipments may be slightly delayed in processing. We are working hard to get your orders out asap, we appreciate your patience**
Deliveries within Canada:

All orders are reviewed the next business day (Monday - Friday)
If all items ordered are available we will process your order and prepare it for shipping within 5 days of receipt.
Your credit card will be charged at the time of order submission.
You will be notified by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. A tracking number will be provided.
Please note - your order will be insured by Canada Post for a maximum value of $100. Any lost or stolen orders are not the responsibility of Poor Boy Soles Bespoke Shoe Co. All insurance claims, etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser and Canada Post. Poor Boy Soles Bespoke Shoe Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.

Online Return Policy:
We will gladly provide a merchandise exchange or store credit for your order within 30 days of receipt, custom orders are not refundable and we will work with you, should you have an issue to make things right. For hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns on a product that is not in original condition and packaging - this includes anything being washed or used.

Returning Merchandise Purchased Online by Mail:
To exchange or return merchandise e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate the reason for exchange. We will contact you with return approval and instructions. Mailing instructions are below.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive, inspect legitimacy and process your return. If the item(s) are deemed acceptable and in line with our return policy we will exchange the product for one of equal value - including any taxes you were charged but excluding ANY delivery charge(s) including extra duties or fees.
